By downloading, installing, or using the Orderly mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Orderly is a mobile application that helps users manage items with expiration dates. The App allows users to:

• Create and manage items with photos, descriptions, and expiration dates
• Set up expiration reminders and notifications
• Organize items using tags and categories
• Store data locally on their device with optional iCloud backup

3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

• No account registration is required to use the App
• Users can start using the App immediately after installation
• All data is stored locally on the user's device

Data Limits

• Free Version: Limited to creating 5 items
• Premium Version: Unlimited item creation
• iCloud Backup: Available only to Premium subscribers

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

Subscription Plans

• Monthly Subscription: Recurring monthly billing
• Annual Subscription: Recurring annual billing with potential savings
• Free Trial: May be offered at developer's discretion

Payment Processing

• All payments are processed through Apple's App Store
• Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

Refund Policy

• Refunds are supported and processed through Apple's App Store
• Users may request refunds through Apple Support
• Refund eligibility is subject to Apple's refund policies

Cancellation

• Cancel subscriptions through App Store > Account > Subscriptions
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial billing periods

5. Acceptable Use

Permitted Uses

• Personal item management and organization
• Business and commercial use is permitted
• Educational and research purposes

Prohibited Uses

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempting to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Using the App for illegal or harmful purposes
• Distributing malware or harmful code

Age Restrictions

• No age restrictions – the App may be used by users of any age
• Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising minor users
• The App complies with applicable children's privacy laws

6. Data and Privacy

Data Storage

• Local Storage: All data is stored locally on your device
• iCloud Backup: Optional backup for Premium users only
• No Cloud Servers: We do not store your data on our servers

Data Ownership

• User Content: You retain full ownership of all content you create
• App Data: Your items, photos, and settings belong to you
• Backup Data: iCloud backup data is controlled by you and Apple
